When you submit an enquiry through our website contact form, we collect:

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Any payments are handled separately and directly.
We also collect basic analytics data (such as page visits) through Netlify's built-in analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

- Respond to your enquiry and confirm whether we can help
- Arrange and confirm a visit date
- Deliver your written report and any follow-up correspondence relating to your service

We retain enquiry and client records for 6 years from the date of last contact or last service delivery, in line with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.
If your enquiry does not result in a booking, we will delete your contact information within 12 months of your initial enquiry.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
